Account & Subscription Management

What happens if I cancel my premium plan?

If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. After that, you’ll revert to the Free plan, and premium features will no longer be available.
Will I lose my transferred files if I cancel?

No, your previously transferred files will not be deleted, but new transfers will be subject to Free plan limitations.
