Thanks for using Copy My Data! I’ve built this app to help you move your files, contacts, photos, and other data easily and securely between devices over your local Wi-Fi network. By using this app, you’re agreeing to these simple terms.
1. Local Use Only
Copy My Data is designed to work locally — no cloud, no servers, no accounts. Everything stays on your device or your local network. You are fully responsible for the data you transfer and who you transfer it to.
2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Some features in the app may be unlocked through in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions. All payments are handled securely through Apple’s App Store.
- I do not collect or process any payment information directly.
- Your subscription will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in your App Store settings.
- No refunds are provided by me — all billing and refund requests are handled by Apple.
3. No Warranty
I’ve done my best to build a solid and safe app, but I can’t promise it will always work perfectly. Copy My Data is provided “as is,” without any warranties or guarantees. Please use it at your own risk.
4. No Liability
I’m not responsible for any loss, damage, or data issues that might result from using the app — whether it’s from incorrect use, device incompatibility, or network problems. Always double-check what you’re transferring and where you’re sending it.
5. Ownership
You keep full ownership of your content. I don’t have access to your files, and I don’t store anything you transfer. The app itself, however, is my intellectual property, and you’re granted a personal, non-transferable license to use it on your iOS device.
6. App Store Rules Apply
Since you’re getting this app from the Apple App Store, you also agree to follow their rules and terms, including payment, refunds, and usage restrictions.
7. Changes
I may update these terms from time to time (for example, if Apple’s policies change). If I make major changes, I’ll do my best to let you know via the app or App Store notes.
